Introducing myself: just starting out on my pottery adventure with a love for imperfect ceramics.

To me the beauty is in the little details, which makes it clear that it’s not a mass produced piece. That hands have crafted the pottery. I like when function and beauty are intertwined in a perfectly imperfect way.

My name is Vibeke Kelway. Since I was 18 and first tried the pottery wheel, I have loved the feeling of creating something tangible and the process behind it.

When I’m not messing around with clay, I’m either working with webdesign and marketing in my one-man-band Mighty Acorn – or just living life with my husband, 3 kids and our dog, Marley.
